About Us
The Magic of David Wonders is presented by David Gish, a professional entertainer with over 25 years of experience, he began as a children‘s ministry and still maintains connection with the Child Evangelism Fellowship. He and his wife Linda own and operate Tract and Friends Family Entertainment with the goal of presenting EDUCATIONAL and INSPIRATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT for Libraries and Public schools.
In addition to his title character, David has an array of characters to present magic with messages of education, encouragement or just for fun. Some previous programs were: “Don’t be scared: be Prepared” for the American Red Cross, Science can look like Magic and Circus Celebration for Tyler’s Young Audience Foundation. This year David’s feature magic message is the Voyage of Dreams, written to correspond with the Texas Public Library; Sail Away with a Book Theme. Also used as a part of Red Ribbon week to say ‘NO’ to drugs campaign.
David has recently returned from Afghanistan as part of Project Enduring Freedom, where he received two certificates for outstanding service and entertaining troops as a magician, comedian and ventriloquist.

- Judged and lectured Texas State Shrine Clown Conventions
- He has written and produced two programs for the Tyler’s YOUNG AUDIENCES organization
- Made several guest appearances on TV & Radio also contributed numerous articles to various magazines
- Received an Associates degree from Tyler Junior College in addiction counseling
- Opening act for the Professional Performers Workshop held at The Magic Castle in Hollywood, California.
